Utilizing Coronavirus Response and Relief Supplemental Appropriations Act of 2021 funds, Greenville County is launching the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP). This program will provide residential rent and utility assistance for qualified residents of Greenville County.
Greenville Water is proud to support the ERAP in an effort to ensure our customers have access to safe, quality essential resources.
The program includes eligibility requirements which detail what is eligible and what is ineligible, the level of assistance available, which applicants will receive priority and why and much more.

Additional utility bill assistance can be secured through the United Way of Greenville County. To access information, you can either search community resources online or dial 2-1-1 to connect to the their Resource Line. Someone will be there to answer your call 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
