Greenville Water is happy to allow local neighborhood associations, community groups, nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies to hold *community-focused meetings in the Community Room.
We cannot accommodate private parties or events that solicit business. No alcohol is allowed.
Please submit your request at least two (2) weeks prior to the event and no more than three (3) months in advance. You must include event setup and clean-up time in your reservation request - access to the building will not be allowed prior to or after your approved time.
Please make an appointment during business hours if you would like to see the room in advance of your event. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated.
You MUST leave the room in the condition you found it.

*Community-focused meetings: Events that expect attendance from the community, such as a public board meeting or presentation for a new development for public comment, distinguished as a meeting/forum, seminar/lecture, presentation, or other events in which the community is invited to participate.
