Prevent Your Pipes from Freezing
Frozen pipes can leave you without water in extreme weather conditions. In the event of freezing temperatures below 32°, be sure to:
- Make sure any pipes that are in a crawl space, attic or basement are insulated, as well as all exterior faucets.
- Allow your faucets to drip (not run), especially if you are away from your home for an extended period of time.
