Greenville Water’s new callback feature allows you to save your spot in line rather than wait on hold. When it is your turn, you will receive an automated callback and will be connected to a Greenville Water Customer Service Representative.
One of our goals at Greenville Water is to provide “best in-class” customer service for all our customers. A critical component of that service is communication and we are committed to providing a simplified and enhanced customer experience.
Additionally, customers trying to notify Greenville Water by telephone of a major leak or similar issue will now be able to reach a Development Services Technician more quickly than before, ensuring that we receive timely and accurate reporting of potential problems in our community.
Greenville Water online customers are now able to utilize the extensive features of our digital payment platform, Paymentus. This system simplifies the payment process and offers customers a seamless transaction experience and additional payment options like Apple Pay, Venmo, Google Play or pay by Alexa.
