Bluffton native Kenneth Frazier, Jr., joins Greenville Water Team

Greenville, SC – 1/24/2024 – Kenneth Frazier, Jr. has joined the Greenville Water System (GWS) leadership team as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

Frazier, who holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of South Carolina, most recently served as Chief of Technical Services at Beaufort-Jasper Water and Sewer Authority in Okatie, SC. Prior to that, Frazier was Business Systems and Operations Support Manager at Hargray Communications.

He currently serves as the chair of SCAWWA's Cybersecurity Committee, and is the founding chairman of Lowcountry Crusaders, a non-profit 501c3 organization that focuses on middle school youth.
