Water for Community Events Request


Water service station requests will be reviewed upon submission and are not guaranteed availability for your event. All stations are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

If you are reserving a Greenville Water Service Station for the first time, please consult the specifications page for additional information on station requirements before sending your request. Stations are suited for outdoor events only. Reservations may be made no more than three (3) months in advance.

*Please note the new starting rates for use of the water stations effective February 1, 2024.*

Distance fees may apply. Replacement fees may apply in the event water stations are damaged while in use.

Quench Buggy

  • $120 starting + $75/day

Water Buffalo

  • $100 starting + $75/day

Hand Washing Stations

  • $50 starting + $25/HWS/day

Quench Buggy & Hand Washing Stations

  • $150 starting +
  • $75/day (QB) +
  • $25/HWS/day

Delivery and Pickup Hours:

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Monday - Friday

Station reservations cannot exceed three (3) days. Friday deliveries will be picked up the following Monday.

Greenville Water does not supply power sources/generators for the Quench Buggy.
Please note that hand wash stations are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are not guaranteed available for your event.
