  • On approval of this request, the undersigned agrees to be bound by the published rates, rules and regulations of Greenville Water on-file in its office, copies of which may be had on request and any revision or changes therein which may be made from time to time.

    It is understood that taps and meters are to serve only one (1) premise (house, housing unit commercial or industrial building) requiring water service, except as expressly authorized by Greenville Water, and that no resale or master-metering of water will be permitted.
