To make a payment by phone, call the Greenville Water automated payment system available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (864) 241-6000.
You may pay your bill in person at:
- The Greenville Water main office at 407 West Broad Street, Greenville, SC 29601
- Our drive-up window from 8 AM – 5 PM Mon – Fri (window facing Hyde Street- downtown location)
- Local stores participating in the CheckFreePay network
- Our drop box, located beside the drive-up window (payment(s) will be processed the following business day)
