Team Member of the Quarter — Heather Duncan

Each quarter Greenville Water recognizes a new Team Member of the Quarter (TMOQ).

TMOQ focuses on recognizing and rewarding employees for their exceptional efforts in supporting and achieving our mission, for going above and beyond the call of duty, exceeding customer expectations, accomplishing a significant milestone or achieving a cost savings initiative.

Heather Duncan was selected as the 1st quarter TMOQ. Heather works in the Engineering Department as a Development Services Technician. She was hired in June 2007 and worked in Customer Services prior to her promotion to her current position in Engineering.

Travis Grissop from the Customer Service department nominated Heather for the TMOQ and had this to share about why he nominated her, “she will go out of her way to help customers and co-workers solve any problem. Following the cyber-attack, Heather offered to assist in Customer Services with the customer payments once CIS became available. She also assisted IT by helping to set up new hardware and software following the cyber-attack.”
