Each quarter Greenville Water recognizes a new Team Member(s) of the Quarter (TMOQ).
TMOQ focuses on recognizing and rewarding employees for their exceptional efforts in supporting and achieving our mission, for going above and beyond the call of duty, exceeding customer expectations, accomplishing a significant milestone or achieving a cost savings initiative.
Lourdes Rodriguez DeLeon, Desktop Support Technician and Don Wulff, Maintenance and Protection Team Member were selected as our 4th quarter TMOQ.
Lourdes has been with Greenville Water in our IT department for 12 years. She is very knowledgeable and quickly able to solve technical issues for our team members.
Jerry Seay from our Engineering department, had this to say about her, “She has provided tremendous help to me with any computer issues that I have experienced. After the cyber-attack she was a huge help for me in getting my computer set back up and getting the software that I needed installed and solving any issues that I had. After starting to work from home she has been very quick to remedy any computer issues that I have encountered.”
Don works on our Water Resources team in our North Saluda reservoir and has been with us for just over a year. He goes out of his way to help other employees perform their job in a safe manner.
“In our tree lake removal operations, Don showed his exceptional knowledge of the Capston Wench operation. His knot and pully knowledge also aided us in removing trees in a timely and efficient manner. This knowledge was attained before his employment, through his military service and in that he also showed me knots and other ways to work the pullies cables and clamps efficiently and safely, Knowledge that he did not have to share and could have done himself, but rather wanted to teach the younger employees as myself so we would know for future operations,” said James Tucker, Greenville Water team member.
We are proud to have Lourdes and Don on our team and congratulate them on an exemplary job well done!
