Each quarter Greenville Water recognizes a new Team Member(s) of the Quarter (TMOQ).
TMOQ focuses on recognizing and rewarding employees for their exceptional efforts in supporting and achieving our mission, for going above and beyond the call of duty, exceeding customer expectations, accomplishing a significant milestone or achieving a cost savings initiative.
Matt Iles, Engineer II, was selected as our 1ST quarter TMOQ for 2021. “Matt has taken on helping train multiple departments to get their distribution operators licenses. He has frequently worked holidays and weekends to help oversee construction projects at the main office. In addition to his position in the engineering department, he has voluntarily pursued his water treatment operator’s license, including working shifts at Adkins to learn their day-to-day job,” said Assistance Director of Water Resources, Elizabeth Lee.
Matt has been with Greenville Water in our Engineering department for just over a year and demonstrates initiative in all areas of his job. “On his own initiative, Matt took CPR training and then continued to receive his CPR trainer’s certificate to help train other Greenville Water staff,” said Shana Lowe, GIS supervisor.
We are proud to have Matt as part of our Greenville Water team. Please join us in congratulating him on an exemplary job well done!
