Team Member of the Quarter — Allison Weide

Each quarter Greenville Water recognizes a new Team Member of the Quarter (TMOQ).

TMOQ focuses on recognizing and rewarding employees for their exceptional efforts in supporting and achieving our mission, for going above and beyond the call of duty, exceeding customer expectations, accomplishing a significant milestone or achieving a cost savings initiative.

Allison Weide, GIS Technician, was selected as our first quarter TMOQ for 2022. “Allison really went above and beyond in her patience with both experienced and inexperienced team members, and did so quietly and without fanfare. She solves problems and looks for opportunities to help at all times,” said Robert Schmidt, Chief Administrative Officer.

Allison has been with Greenville Water for less than a year, yet she demonstrates initiative in all areas of her job.
