Step-by-step Process to Re-register Your Account

We understand that some of our customers may still be unable to login successfully. If this is the case, using the Register Now option to create a new login may be the best route. Using the step–by–step process below, our goal is to make this process as easy as possible.

1. From the Greenville Water homepage, select ‘Pay Bill Online‘ from the ‘Pay Bill’ dropdown menu.
2. Select ‘Register Now’, located above the ‘Login’ button in the bottom right.
3. You should be redirected to the New Account Information screen. Simply complete all fields and be ensure that your Password meets the minimum requirements.
4. Review the information and click ‘Enroll’ located at the bottom of the page to complete the process.

Once enrolled, you can add your account(s) using the Customer and Account numbers separated by a dash. If you do not have these numbers, you can use this tool to recover them: Find Your Customer-Account Number « Greenville Water.

If you are unable to register and receive the message ‘a user with this UserID already exists’, please contact Customer Service at 864-241-6000 for assistance.
