Lisa Bryant Named Chief Human Resources Officer

We are pleased to announce that Lisa Bryant has been promoted to Chief Human Resources Officer for Greenville Water. Lisa has served as Director of Human Resources for nearly three years, where she has played a key role in strengthening workforce practices, organization culture, compliance, and talent development across our organization.

Lisa brings nearly 30 years of human resources leadership experience in both public and private sectors. Prior to joining Greenville Water, she served as Director of Human Resources & Administration for Pickens County. Her previous experience also includes leading HR operations for AnMed Health Cannon Hospital and executive HR roles with Charter Communications.

Having lived in Pickens County her entire life, Lisa brings a deep understanding of the public service values that shape our region.

Her experience, integrity, and leadership make her exceptionally well-suited to serve as Chief Human Resources Officer. As Chief Human Resources Officer, Lisa will continue to lead Greenville Water’s human resources strategy, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, training and development, compliance, and employee engagement.
