September 2020 Update: Greenville Water resumed turn-offs for non-payment in August and late fee charges for past due accounts in July.
Greenville Water continues to monitor and respond to the Coronavirus pandemic. We recognize that access to clean water is essential and understand that many of our customers are dealing with challenging financial situations not under their control. As a result, Greenville Water has temporarily suspended late fees and turn-offs for non-payment.
Customers are still responsible for paying their water and wastewater bill. These Greenville Water, ReWa and collection provider bills will continue to reflect a past-due balance to keep customers informed of their statement balance.
