In response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) the Greenville Water lobby will be closed starting Tuesday, March 17, 2020, until further notice, for the health and safety of our customers and staff.
“We take the safety and well-being of our customers and workforce very seriously,” said David Bereskin, Greenville Water Chief Executive Officer. “The decision to close our lobby to the public will help to avoid the potential spread of the virus and conform with social distancing as recommend by governmental agencies.”
Greenville Water offers customers a variety of payment options that include:
— Online bill payment through the Greenville Water website
— Payment through an automated phone system accessible at 1-866-335-0480
— Through your banking apps
— Mailing a payment to P.O. Box 687, Greenville, SC 29602
— Drop box payment at our 407 W. Broad Street downtown location (facing Hyde Street)
— Payment at one of the many Check Free Pay locations
All payments will require customer and account numbers.
If a person-to-person payment or appointment is needed, please contact us at 864-241-6000 to schedule a time.
Greenville Water’s emergency response plan is in place and will ensure no disruption to water service for our customers or any impairments to water quality due to this pandemic.
Our social media platforms, website, and automated phone line will be updated as necessary with any alerts or further notices.
