Contribution Fees

In some locations, a Contribution Fee, officially referred to as a Contribution in Aid of Construction (CIA) Fee, must be paid.  The purpose of the Contribution Fee is to help pay for the expense of extending water mains in the Greenville Water service area.  To determine if a Contribution Fee applies, it is best to contact the Engineering Department.
