1. This submission form is only for builders in new subdivisions where Greenville Water has accepted the water mains, capacity and meter fees have been paid in full, and you are ready to have a meter set.
2. To avoid a $150 turn-down fee, ensure the meter box, meter setter, and associated metering appurtenances are installed in accordance with Greenville Water specifications. The property address must be clearly posted, the meter box must be flush with the final grade, and the meter box area must be easily accessible.  See examples at the following links: Site, Meter Box & Ball Valve.
