By accepting this agreement, the borrower agrees to use the kit responsibly, exercise reasonable care in handling all components, and return the kit and accompanying materials in good condition by the agreed-upon return date. The borrower is responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing any items that are lost, damaged, or misused during the loan period.
